JITHER Cafe in Abu Dhabi is looking for a passionate and customer-focused

Full-Time Waiter / Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, craft high-quality coffee beverages, and ensure a welcoming cafe atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe, including tables, counters, and equipment. Ensure high standards of food and beverage presentation. Assist in managing stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and other essentials. Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations. Adhere to hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience as a Barista and/or Waiter in a cafe or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is an advantage. Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality. Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends.
