Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art is a plus. A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. Must be punctual, reliable, and well-groomed. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
