Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly in a friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally. Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after each service. Respond to customer inquiries and address any issues with professionalism. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and daily specials. Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions. Follow health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Waiter: 3 years (Preferred)
