- Certification from recognised Butler School highly regarded
- Level 2 - Food Safety and Hygiene
- Level 2 - Allergy Awareness
- Level 2 - HACCP
- Level 2 - Safe Chemical Handling
- 2+ year experience working as a waiter in a 5* establishment.
- Experienced in working with VVIP clients preferred
- Knowledge if all arts of service, particularly Arabic Meze
- Advanced food /culinary knowledge - able to understand and explain menus and dishes and prepare the dining area accordingly.
- Knowledge in beverages - coffees, teas, juices, mocktails
- Advanced pantry management knowledge.
- Capable of doing stocktakes and maintaining inventories.
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Exceptional personal hygiene and grooming
- Exceptional teamwork, communication and collaboration skills
- Adheres to and ensures team adheres to food safety policies, procedures and practices.
- Working knowledge of MS office skills- word, excel, outlook, ppt
