Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service
Greet the customer with a warm smile and friendly manner.
Serve the customers in accordance to the Company's standard operating procedures.
Present menu and provide detailed information to customers if required (e.g. food portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
Properly up-sell products to customers at all times
Handle customer complaints and ensuring customers satisfaction.
Comply with the company's health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pro-active and energetic with a positive 'can do' attitude
Ability to multi-task with prioritization skills
Experience:
At least with 2 years' experience in the Hospitality field
Education:
Preferably High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
