Job Description

- working effectively with the team, and complying with company procedures and food safety policies;

- preparing ingredients, food and drink items fallowing recipes and guidelines;

- welcoming and serving people in the highest standards of hospitality and company guidelines;

- working with POS;

- packaging food and drinks items

- performing opening and closing duties of the shop

- preparing workstation with required ingredients and equipment, keeping work station sanitary and organised throughout the shift;

- ensuring ingredients are tagged, date-labeled, covered, stored accordingly to standards;

- establishing stock levels at the end of the shift and restocking them;

- adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

REQUIREMENTS:

- good level of english;

- experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred;

- high sense of responsibility and details oriented;

- fast learner and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation;

- high standards of personal hygiene and hygiene of the working place;

- team player;

- positive attitude and good communication skills;

- polite, engaging personality

- availability to work in shifts;

- availability to stand for extended periods and take stairs several times per shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
