2. JOB PURPOSE:
To drive Axiom loyalty programme by merchandising Axiom warranty products in prime HOT spots within the top IR outlets. Maintain planogram within dedicated space. Build trade awareness on new products and features; collect competitor information (price, promotion etc.). Implement and execute all POS in line with NPI's launches and promotions.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Performance Indicators
• Timely execution/ implementation of all trade & consumer promotional activities
• Proof of execution thru photos and direct market visits
• Ensure all POS on promotion, NPI's etc. are present within trade
• Proof of execution thru photos and audits by Area managers & Supervisors
• Build trade relationship, maintain planogram in assigned outlets
•
• Educate trade on all new brand/product features
•
• Compile all competitor information & activities
• Through competitor information report
• Keeps learning & sharing market intelligence with the team
• Proof of execution thru emails
5. jOB cONTEXT:
To execute all market related activities and conduct ad hoc market surveys on pricing, competition, act as required by the business.
6. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
• Maintaining planograms, sharing the pictures of all promotion execution, market intelligence report including pricing, competition, in demand models etc
External: To Trade
• Information of trade schemes, consumer promotions, NPIs, planogram.

• Good communication skills in English, (Hindi and Arabic) an advantage.
• Manual GCC driver's license.
• Experience in route planning & market surveys.
