You will have the opportunity to step into a flat structure that encourages both collaborative and independent work within their portfolio, focused on private markets. What the job involves
- Conducting regular independent valuations, return analysis, market benchmarking, and performance measurement for portfolio companies
- Building and managing relationships with stakeholders and platform teams
- Analysing data sets in order to compare performance against benchmarks
- Ensuring valuations are of a high quality and supported by adequate and reliable assumptions
- Supporting the development of more junior colleagues by providing feedback for their growth and development
- Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Knowledge of valuation and financial modelling practices
- An interest in private markets and finance
- A CFA, CVA, ICVS, CBV, CA, or ACCA qualification is considered a bonus
- A positive attitude, willing to step into a team with a flat structure with a strong focus on delivery
- Ability to relocate full-time to Abu Dhabi
