To qualify for this role, you must have:
Experience: Minimum of 20 years in the recruitment industry, with at least 10 years in a Director or VP role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to engage and build strong relationships with senior-level executives.
Leadership Experience: Strong experience leading and developing high-performing teams of recruiters/talent acquisition professionals.
