VP, Private Credit, Global Investor, Dubai, UAE About our client




Our client is a prestigious family office-funded investment organisation, renowned for its strategic and innovative investment approaches. They manage a diverse portfolio that spans across multiple asset classes, including private credit. Their team is looking for a talented professional with experience in a private credit fund or leveraged finance team at a top-tier investment bank. What the job involves





• Lead the origination, execution, and management of private credit investments
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment of potential investment opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, financial sponsors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and manage the performance of existing investments, including restructuring and workout situations as needed
• Collaborate with the broader investment team to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to overall portfolio strategy
• Prepare and present investment recommendations and reports to senior management and investment committees

Who we are looking for





• Significant experience in leveraged finance from a top-tier investment bank or a private credit fund
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of executing and managing private credit transactions
• Excellent understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and credit risk assessment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly
• Ability and desire to be based in the Middle East full time
