Job Description
We are currently working with a large investment firm based in the UAE which contributes to a diversified economy. We have an exciting opportunity for a senior investment professional to join the team.
Job description:
- Lead, advise and guide Investments and deal management including deal origination, execution, and portfolio management
- Lead the alignment of the investment strategy for the firm
- Oversee and advise critical inputs and insights that supports the development of the investment strategy
- Lead deal origination in alignment with the investment strategy, drive project management and lead development of governance
- Responsible for leading investment transactions from a-z, overseeing a team of professionals
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have 9+ years of investment experience, ideally from a top tier investment bank/ BIG4
- Proven track record of completing M&A/ Corporate Finance transactions
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related preferred, CFA would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of the UAE landscape
- Solid technical skills in deal structuring and execution, financial modelling, and valuations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic highly desirable)
