VP - Investment PlacementsResponsible for implementing the Companys investment placement marketing strategies and sales targets and coach more junior staff in the process
Ensure the effective maintenance of clients in the assigned market.
Develops relationships with clients and expands client network in professional and social settings
Market the company's products and services to target clients in the assigned markets.
Responsible for the full fund process from setting targets, developing marketing plans to identify prospects and converting these to sales.
Acts as an ambassador for the company and promote a positive and professional image of the brand.
Ensure strict monitoring of new customer accounts and adherence to all company rules and policies.
Establishes and exploits good, mutually beneficial customer relationships.
Supervise other staff (1-2 people) and support senior department managers in managing the performance of staff including coaching, mentoring and identifying training needs.
Update immediate superior on market progress and development.
Apply where appropriate the policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the Company.
