Provide value added analysis to support management decision-making through key business insights by analysing business performance / forecasts, insights, proposals and various financial reports.The candidate must be able to develop a clear understanding of FAB\'s business divisions and the ability to coordinate with all key stakeholders across the bank while leveraging existing system/s to aggregate and leverage required data in a meaningful manner so as to provide all of the above required analytics.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Generic AccountabilityAnalytics & Insight
Provide value added analysis to support management decision-making through key business insights.
Summarize and provide detailed analytical review of outlook, business proposals and various committee papers.
Monthly insights on key business performance including top-down strategic guidance for the annual budgeting process highlighting key growth areas.
Comprehensive P&L analysis including detailed analysis and interpretation of periodic results, variances, risk positions, realised and unrealised P&L components, revaluation curve movements with P&L attribution, new deals, and price / rate validation.
Support the preparation of analytical reports and presentations for senior management and highlight key strategic themes and insights.
Provide on a regular basis a business forecast to enable the effective management of the monthly/quarterly results.
Ad-hoc analysis based on internal or external data sources that delivers relevant strategic or financial insight for the bank.
Ad-hoc insights around specific theme- or industry-based topics to provide stakeholders with value-added insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and business teams to leverage relevant information enabling value added analysis.
Partner with other teams across the Bank to identify opportunities for the Bank and highlight these in appropriate forums, e.g. Business Reviews.

Minimum requirement of Bachelor\'s degree.
Desirable: - Chartered Accountant/ Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or any other relevant finance degree or diploma.
Minimum Experience
10 years\' relevant experience in the banking sector in similar positions.
