VP, Credit Research, Global Investor, Abu Dhabi, UAE About our client




This is an excellent opportunity to join the wider treasury and IR team of a leading global investor as a credit research professional, based in Abu Dhabi. The team focuses on building internal investment capability to invest the fund's cash across money markets and FI. What the job involves





• Performing credit analysis (focused on financials) and monitoring the credit quality of existing holdings
• Identifying issuers that have improving or deteriorating fundamentals
• Providing fundamental coverage of IG issuers in supporting portfolio managers with their investment decisions
• Building and maintaining models to evaluate the creditworthiness of coverage lists and assessing the relative value of the bonds
• Supporting funding activities by offering insights that align with funding strategies
• Analysing and monitoring Investment Grade issuers
• Supporting liquidity portfolio management activities with credit evaluations, bond assessments, and maintaining relationships with covered companies

Who we are looking for





• Bachelors degree from a leading institution within a relevant field
• Experience of investment grade debt capital markets
• Ability to work with a high quantity of companies
• Good interpersonal skills, confidence in communicating with internal portfolio managers
• Knowledge and experience in investment processes and portfolio construction
• Ability to build relevant modelling tools
• Broad macroeconomic knowledge / outlook
• CFA is preferred
