Public MarketsFinanceMiddle East5 - 10 yearsAbout our clientThis is an exciting opportunity to join the corporate funding team of a leading global investor, based in Abu Dhabi. The team focuses on evaluating the fund\'s corporate funding options and capital structure. What the job involves
- Supporting the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators related to the corporate funding function, to track performance
- Providing input into the preparation of the budget and advising on risks and opportunities
- Supporting the development and implementation of the corporate funding strategy in order to achieve optimal debt levels and protect investment credit ratings
- Drafting and composing presentations of strategic proposals in support of debt financing solutions
- Managing financial modelling, valuations and analyses to support the development of optimum capital structure solutions
- Monitoring the risk of the fund\'s corporate funding transactions
- Bachelor\'s degree from a top-tier institution with a degree related to business management, finance, real estate or equivalent
- A keen understanding and grasp of capital markets as well as broader financial markets
- Expert knowledge of the global investment markets
- In-depth knowledge of various corporate funding products
- Ability to manage and maintain relationships with financial institutions and rating agencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability and willingness to relocate full time to Abu Dhabi, UAE
