Job Title: Vocational Trainer xe2x80x93 Emirati ProgramTrainers required xe2x80x93 FEMALE ONLYPositions are in an all-female residential training centre environment and therefore not suitable for MALE applicants.Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAEWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emirati Vocational Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering practical training in a variety of vocational programs. The role involves preparing training materials, conducting assessments, and maintaining a high standard of learning in line with industry best practices.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver vocational training in specified trade areas, ensuring that training meets industry standards and requirements.
- Design and develop course materials, training resources, and lesson plans.
- Evaluate and monitor the progress of students, providing feedback and support where necessary.
- Conduct practical assessments and written exams to measure student achievement.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress.
- High school diploma or bachelorxe2x80x99s degree
- Vocational Trainer Certification or Teaching Qualification is highly preferred.
