Prep Me Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and talented Vocal and Piano Coach/Instructor/Teacher to join our team in the Performing Arts industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training plans for our students, helping them to reach their full potential in both vocal and piano performance. You will work closely with the students to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and create personalized lesson plans that are designed to promote growth and improvement. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the musical abilities and talents of our students, helping them to achieve their dreams and aspirations.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students in both vocal and piano performance, utilizing your expertise to help them develop their own unique style and technique.
• Develop and implement comprehensive training plans that address the strengths and weaknesses of individual students, ensuring that they are challenged and motivated to continue their growth.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to create a supportive and nurturing learning environment, one that is welcoming and inclusive of all students.
• Actively participate in student evaluations, providing feedback and guidance on their progress and performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, attending workshops and conferences to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders, communicating consistently and effectively to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
