Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable Vitreo Retina and Refractive Surgeon to gradually become more involved in the company, depending on scientific performance, productivity and quality in patient care.

Skills and Experience:
- Young ophthalmologist trained as a retina specialist (medical and retinal) with interest in clinical and pre-clinical research in the field of retinal conditions, especially retinal and macular degenerative disorders.
- Preferably 2-5 years\' experience in medical and surgical retina post-training.
- Must be motivated, active in publishing research and involved in scientific meetings.
- Proactive in both leadership and co-investigation in clinical and pre-clinical research projects, protocol preparation, scientific publishing and presentations at meetings
- High level of English and Spanish. Catalan and other languages valued.
- The ideal candidate should be organized, happy to work as part of a team and with good communication skills and a positive attitude; effective and good at achieving results, planning, organizing and prioritizing; adaptable and flexible with a desire for continued improvement and learning; committed.
