We are looking for a talented and experienced Visualizer/Art Director to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring the delivery of high quality work.

Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and creativity.

Oversee the workflow to ensure timely completion of projects.

Creative Development:

Develop and present innovative design concepts for both 2D and 3D projects.

Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute animation projects.

Bring fresh, brilliant ideas to the table, pushing the boundaries of creative possibilities.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all design work aligns with client expectations and project goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.

Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality of work.

Client Engagement :

Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements.

Present creative concepts and designs to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize projects.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.

Proven track record of managing a team of designers and delivering successful projects.

Skills: Strong capabilities in both 2D and 3D design.

Proficiency in animation and related software tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage workflows and meet tight deadlines.

Attributes : Adaptable and open to new ideas and approaches .

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Passionate about design and creativity, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to take ownership of all projects.
