What you'll be doing
• Implement high quality visual merchandising strategy and presentations through seasonal event calendar and brand guidelines
• Coach and build strong relations with in-store VM teams, concessions and frontline teams, so that they can help maintain display
• Communicate the installation schedules to the Visual Merchandising Team so that they can plan and prepare for the installations
• Define the implementation in store for all launches/animations
• Measure the impact of merchandising action plans and issue weekly report to Level Shoes Management with photographs, comments and measurements of sales impact
• Accountable for overseeing and ensuring that external and internal brand reports are shared
• Communicate with Retail Management on impact of new merchandising on sales
• Implement Level VM guidelines in line with creative direction of brand, ensure they are shared and followed by external concessions
• Oversee the creation of mood boards and presentations, derived from Director of Brand and Creative direction in line with brand DNA
• Review project updates from the team on a regular basis
• Ensure the annual setting of budgets, to be aligned with GM Retail and then making sure the team are adhering to them
• Oversee branded design packs to send to other departments so that they can familiarize themselves with up-coming installations
• Work closely with Projects team to monitor campaign delivery and contract compliance, ensuring full revenue recognition and client objective success
• Gather business and technical requirements to get an understanding of what is needed, help develop design ideas as well as help source lighting, props, accessories
• In charge of annual window display planning; ensure execution is in line with brand direction
• Accountable for all in-store PLV's, props and any product display podiums that don't require architectural design (including all external events)
• Responsible for ensuring that all store imagery derived from creative team is in place for internal and external moments across Dubai Mall and Atlantis
• Work closely with Marketing to provide support throughout the management of internal brand events
• Ensure to continuously stay on trend with market research and inspirations
• Oversee that the team is always up to date on any required technical skills to support their job execution
• Always evaluate the correct brand adjacencies in each department as part of VM planning process
What you'll need to succeed
• Extensive experience in a Visual Merchandising within fashion retail.
• A background in Visual Merchandising within a multibrand store or handling multiple brands & locations within your portfolio.
• Flexibility in working hours/days. This role will require overnight and occasional weekend working days
