About The Role (Key Responsibilities).Field Implementation
Develop Layout and promotional guidelines in line with Brand and cascade to Retail Partners and Field Teams to ensure high level and on time execution.
Create VM checklist and conduct regular store visits in line with market visit frequency benchmarks to ensure execution is completed with excellence.
Ensure Visit feedback is provided in the format and timelines required.
Establish a high level of communication with markets, retailers, and distributors to understand their needs and provide qualitive and timely feedback to support perfect execution.
Secure seamless coordination of VM within Store design projects with Store Development team, internal and external stakeholders for all new store & counter openings.
Lead VM training to coach and develop Retail Partners and store teams to deliver excellence in VM execution.
Cascade updated Brand VM guidelines to Retail Partners and Store Teams.
Develop feedback loop for Stores to share photos of execution, feedback to stores as needed to support 100% execution, and share with Brand and Retail Teams.
Support Key door openings
Visual Merchandising:
Develop strong relationship and instigate regular communications with EMEA to be fully updated and briefed on Brand Guidelines, tools, and best practice to share with Brand, Retail Team, and Retail Partners.
Be fully updated with Brand Marketing Calendar and align with Brand on the brief for all VM projects.
Following the project brief, develop asset, downloading from Brand platform, adapting as needed and prepare simulation. Seek approval from Brand prior to execution.
Prepare and action the print brief including cropping, bidding, selected supplier, proofing, installation planning and quality control.
Agree planogram with brand, adapt as needed for different store concepts and cascade to Retail Partners and stores.
Forecast, place orders and track delivery of collateral for new stores and ever green collateral. Plan local production of collateral as needed.
Main point of contact and support for stores and Retail Partners for everything related to VM.
Direct and manage content for screens - including downloading of content, sharing with CMS supplier and managing issues related to content playing on instore screens.
Other:
Create qualitive reports on local executions including pictures and comments for local and EMEA reporting.
Lead biweekly meetings with Brand to update team on all VM projects.
Contribute to RAG status reports
Maintain status report for all VM activities and share with Brand and Retail team weekly, including actions and timelines.
Manage all OPEX expenditure in line with the Market Visual Merchandising budget. Providing updates to Brand, line manager and Finance. Also ensure accruals are briefed to Finance and confirmed monthly.
Maintain audit of collateral, visuals, and screens in store to manage efficient VM implementation.
Track and audit all collateral and VM tools in ELC and partner warehouses, manage collaterals deliveries and discard elements as needed to maintain inventory levels.
Coordinate the ordering of loose furniture items and other store design hardware for inclusion within projects.
Support preparation of VM presentations as required.
Manage all admin relating to VM execution including but not limited to raising POs, applying for installation permits & licenses, and liaising with Retail Partners as needed.
Manage Arabic translations, ensuring accuracy of message.
Brief Store Development team and Distributors on any maintenance issues and track corrective actions.
