Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing eye-catching visual displays that enhance the aesthetic appeal of our store and drive sales. This role requires a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of current trends, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that guide customers through the store.
• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displays.
• Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result.
• Collaborate with assistant merchandisers to present design ideas.
• Ensure displays align with the organization's culture, products, image, and target market.
• Monitor costs and work within budget.
• Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays.
• Update displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
• Liaise with suppliers and source display elements.
• Research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends to stay current.
• Communicate with the Brand VM team to receive the VM guidelines for the launches and the seasonal changes
• Source through competitive pricing reviews of suppliers

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager.
• Strong visual design skills with a robust retail merchandising portfolio.
• Experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and space utilization.
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.
• Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
