Job Description

Ajman University's Department of Languages and Culture, within the College of Humanities and Sciences, is seeking a highly qualified English Language Lecturer to join our dynamic faculty team. We are committed to providing our students with excellent education and fostering a supportive learning environment.Qualifications:

MA in English Language or a closely related discipline.
A minimum of two years of teaching experience at the university level.
Native-level English proficiency or near-native fluency.
Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to student-centered teaching.
Proficiency in innovative teaching methodologies, including the use of technology-enhanced learning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver English language courses across various proficiency levels.
Contribute to the development and refinement of course curriculum and instructional materials.
Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, supporting their academic and personal development.
Actively participate in departmental meetings, research initiatives, and ongoing professional development activities.
Engage in collaborative efforts to promote cross-cultural awareness and foster a globally inclusive learning environment.
