Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Visa Processing Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate and efficient processing of visa applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of visa procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Processing : Handle and process visa applications promptly and accurately, adhering to the latest immigration laws and regulations.
• Documentation Management : Collect, verify, and manage the required documentation from clients.
• Client Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance and updates throughout the visa application process.
• Compliance : Ensure all applications comply with the relevant immigration laws and regulations.
• Reporting : Generate and distribute immigration and candidate reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Problem Resolution : Address and resolve issues or discrepancies that may arise during the application process.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Law, International Relations).
• Experience : Previous experience in visa processing, immigration services, or related fields.
• Skills : Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in office software.
• Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge : In-depth understanding of visa procedures and immigration laws.
• Flexibility : Ability to adapt to changing regulations and procedures.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
