Responsibilities:

Understand clients' visa requirements based on their travel needs and provide expert guidance. Tailor visa solutions according to individual circumstances, including eligibility, documentation, and processing times. Assist clients in completing visa applications and ensure all required documents are submitted correctly. Stay updated on visa policies, requirements, and changes for key destinations like the

UK, USA, Australia, and New Zealand

. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. Work towards and achieve assigned

sales targets

by effectively promoting visa services. Provide excellent

customer service

and address client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the UAE

, preferably in visa consulting or travel services. In-depth knowledge of

UK, USA, Australia, and New Zealand tourist visa application processes

. Proven ability to

meet or exceed sales targets

. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

to engage with clients effectively. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines. Fluency in

English

; additional languages are a plus.
