:Key Responsibilities:Visa Processing:Manage the end-to-end visa application process for international employees, including preparing and submitting visa petitions, gathering required documentation, and liaising with government agencies and legal counsel. Ensure that all visa applications are submitted accurately and in a timely manner to minimize processing delays.Immigration Compliance:Stay informed about changes to immigration laws and regulations and ensure that the organization remains compliant with all relevant requirements. Develop and maintain procedures related to visa and immigration processes.Act as the KPMG representative at governmental locations- Free zones, labour and immigration ministries and other government facilities as instructed by the visa and Immigration lead.Employee Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking guidance on immigration matters. Provide information and assistance regarding visa options, application requirements, and timelines. Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Documentation Management:Maintain accurate records of employee visa and immigration documentation, including passports, visas, work permits, and other relevant paperwork. Ensure that employee files are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.Pension Registration & Wage Protection:Responsible for registering GCC national employees into the relevant pension authorities within either the UAE or Oman.Responsible for registering expatriate employees into the wage protection services within UAE and Oman accordingly.Compliance Reporting:Prepare regular reports and documentation to track visa and immigration activities and compliance efforts. Ensure that all visa-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and available for audits and inspections as required.Qualifications:Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. Additional certification or training in immigration law or related areas is a plus.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in visa and immigration processes, preferably in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of global mobility practices and cross-border employment considerations is desirable.
Technical Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of various visa categories and immigration procedures is essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review.
Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, external partners, and government officials.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
