Roles and Responsibilities: - Engage with international clients generated through leads, providing them with high-quality assistance in setting up their companies in the UAE. - Respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring clarity and customer satisfaction. - Utilize telecommunication skills for calling potential leads to educate them about our services. - Drive the conversion of leads into prospects and ultimately into loyal customers through excellent service and follow-ups. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from various cultural backgrounds. - Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in a virtual or telecommunication-based role, is advantageous. - Capable of achieving targets in lead conversion and customer acquisition. - Must be adept at utilizing digital communication platforms for customer engagement.
