Role Description
The Virtual Assets Institutions Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts targeting institutions involved in virtual assets, including exchanges, banks, funds, asset managers, and other financial institutions. The role encompasses building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the virtual assets industry and facilitating the adoption of our company's payment rails and banking/payment services.
Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets within the virtual asset's institutions segment.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with virtual assets institutions, including exchanges, banks, funds, asset managers, and other financial entities.
3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
• Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and pursue new business leads through networking, industry events, and referrals.
• Client Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target institutions.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Provide feedback from clients to inform product and service enhancements.
9. Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments related to virtual assets. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
10. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our company's products, services, and competitive advantages to effectively articulate value propositions to clients
11. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvements.
Requirements Experience:
Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on financial services, technology, or virtual assets. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of virtual assets (cryptocurrencies, digital currencies, blockchain technology) and the institutional landscape.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable using data to drive decision-making and strategy.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Experience working across departments to achieve common goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
