Job Description

Safe Transportation: Drive VIP clients to various destinations safely, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.

Punctuality: Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of clients, maintaining a strict schedule.

Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in top condition. Report any issues promptly.

Client Assistance: Provide assistance to clients with luggage, boarding, and alighting from the vehicle. Ensure the client's comfort at all times.

Discretion and Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost discretion regarding the client's identity, conversations, and travel plans.

Route Planning: Plan and navigate the most efficient routes to avoid traffic and delays. Adjust routes based on the client's preferences and needs.

Professionalism: Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle.

Communication: Liaise with clients and their staff to confirm travel plans and preferences. Provide clear and polite communication at all times.

Emergency Handling: Respond calmly and effectively in case of emergencies, ensuring the safety of the client and vehicle.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of driving experience, preferably in a VIP or executive setting.

Licenses: A valid driver's license relevant to the region, with a clean driving record.

Skills: Exceptional driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws.

Strong understanding of navigation systems and route planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking in emergency situations.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and assist clients with luggage when necessary.
