:Where is the Position?The position is located in Dubai Silicon Oasis in United Arab Emirates in Middle East of Asia in a multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.Which missions will you lead?As a Talent Management & People Transformation Project Manager you will play a key role in driving talent development initiatives and supporting HR transformation projects. The role focuses on enhancing employee growth, optimizing talent strategies, and ensuring the smooth execution of organizational transformation goals. The main missions will be :Talent Development and Management:
Assist in designing and implementing employee development programs, including training, leadership pipelines, and succession planning.
Coordinate performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Support the development of competency frameworks and individual growth plans.
Monitor the effectiveness of talent initiatives and suggest enhancements based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential employees and align their development plans with business needs.
Coordinate Talent review process and maintain reporting and Talent related data.
HR Transformation Support:
Partner with the HR Transformation Project Manager to execute HR projects aimed at enhancing processes, systems, and employee experiences.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure goals are met.
Assist in change management initiatives, including communication plans, and stakeholder engagement.
Conduct research on industry best practices and contribute innovative ideas to the transformation process.
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation to support decision-making and progress tracking.
What are the qualifications we are looking for?Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.Work experience: 12 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or project coordination.Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with talent management tools or HRIS is a plus.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
