:Position Description:To provide support to the Compliance and Audit teams in the provision of 2nd and 3rd line of control services to the Natixis subsidiary office in Saudi Arabia (the Company). The individual will be expected to work closely with the relevant EMEA and head office teams in compliance advisory, financial crime, compliance controls, IT security and data protection in ensuring that the bank's policies, procedures, processes and standards are applied consistently within the Company.Key Responsibilities - to assist the Company's Compliance officer:

• in ensuring that the bank's policies, procedures, processes and standards are adhered to when supporting business lines on advisory, financial crime and controls matters.
• in implementing the compliance monitoring programme in accordance with Natixis standards.
• in completing client due diligence through the recording of these in Natixis tools.
• in implementing audit recommendations.
• by facilitating discussions and collaborating with relevant HO, EMEA and Dubai branch teams where necessary.
• in the performance of routine monitoring and control work relating to the Company in accordance with the Compliance plan for the year.
• in the preparation of Board and Committee decks.
• in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc management reporting and management information.
• by participating in compliance projects, work streams and initiatives as required.
• by undertaking quality assurance reviews of the CPN1 framework.
• in providing guidance, supervision and training to Company staff.
• in promoting a culture of compliance and good ethics within the Company.
