THE ROLE
You are positioned as a Marketing Officer, in Casablanca within our local CMA CGM Moroccan structure. Dedicated to identifying growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence.
RESPONSABILITIES
Identify Market Size: Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the total market size, including the potential customer base, overall demand, and revenue opportunities within the industry. This involves gathering data from various sources, such as industry reports, surveys, and market intelligence tools, to provide a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.
Comment and conduct special studies by verticals and reports on Sales Performance / New Business Opportunities to Head Office and Regional Office Marketing.
Benchmark competition: Conduct a systematic analysis of competitor activities, strategies, and performance. Compare and contrast our company's products, services, and market position against competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Maintain local office news on corporate website: Regularly update and manage the local office section of the corporate website with relevant news, announcements, and events.
Elaborate local marketing supports (newsletters, client communications, etc.): Develop and design various local marketing materials to support client engagement and communication efforts.
Regular "veille économique": Continuously monitor and analyze economic trends, market conditions, and industry developments.
PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES
In accordance with Article L122-1 of the French National Service Code, only candidates aged between 18 and 28 who are European nationals are eligible for this VIE assignment.
5 years of higher education (Bac+5) in a business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon...) or major university, you have a perfect command of French and English Strong Knowledge in Shipping market Strong expertise in marketing & digital Effective communication skills (Ability to articulate various business scenarios with customers, senior business leaders & middle management) Must be able to prioritize work effectively and manage time efficiently Experience in Project Management, Business Process Management, Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Digitization, Customer Experience. Understand CMA-CGM group organization, processes & Tools Basic proficiency with MS Office
