- Assist in the implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley rules (ALC and ELC), test their implementation as per the Compagnie guidelines
- Develop the production of internal control documentation
- Control the implementation of procedures at subsidiary level and monitor its follow-up
- Be the administrator of software and monitor database (SOX CM+ and Raise)
- Maintain and update the delegations of authorities of the different legal entities2/ Methods :
- Assist in updating Financial procedures to strengthen internal control3/ Audit
- Liaise between the Group\'s internal and external auditors for internal Control issues, ensure the follow-up of their recommendations
- Monitor the consolidation of OPCO\'s audits, ensure the follow up of exceptions and recommendations4/ Financial Accounting
- Prepare dashboards for the follow-up of the performance of the department
- Update and implement internal procedures
