Computing skills:

ActivitiesJoin our affiliate TotalEnergies Renewables Development UAE in DubaiAs a Campaigns & HRIS Coordinator, your missions will be divided into 2 main fields :HRIS Governance & Campaigns
Co-act with the Regional HRBP as the branch HR point of reference on all HRIS issues.
Support the Regional HRBP to manage HR campaigns (annnual appraisal, High Potential, etc.) according to the needs of the branch and in liaison with the various stakeholders (Talent Developers, HR of subsidiaries, etc.).
Participate in the branch HR team's cross-functional projects (job evaluation, projects with the TD team, etc.).
HR Data and Compensation & Benefits
Work on the creation, communication and update of dashboards with relevant HR KPIs for internal needs (recruitment, diversity, training, compensation)
Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager to contribute to the design and proposal of Compensation & Benefits policy and guidelines.
Support the oversight of annual campaigns such as Performance Shares, Salary Review, and Merit Bonus, under the guidance of the Regional HR.
Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of compensation and employee benefit surveys and trends.
Along with the Regional HRBP ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and Emiratization. Keeping up to date with any changes in legislation and implementing necessary adjustments to HR practices.
Participate in the implementation of the new job evaluation structure, succession planning and people review campaigns for the Companies.
