Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par le Ministere francais de l'Economie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.


Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France.


Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :


o Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum.


o Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

La duree d'un VIE est de 6 a 24 mois en fonction du lieu d'affectation.


Un poste sous contrat VIE, Human Resources Business Partner , est a pourvoir au sein d' Airbus Africa and Middle East a Dubai . Vous rejoindrez le departement RH qui s'occupe des pays suivants :


EAU, Egypte, Qatar, Maroc, Algerie.


L'environnement de travail est diversifie, multiculturel et enrichissant, puisque nous avons environ 300 employes a Dubai, de plus de 40 nationalites differentes.


La region Afrique et Moyen-Orient est placee sous le concept "One Roof", ce qui signifie que nous avons des employes d'Airbus Helicopters, Defense and Space et Commercial, ce qui vous permettra de decouvrir la diversite de nos activites.


En tant que point focal pour les employes de votre region, vous devrez utiliser vos competences interpersonnelles et votre capacite d'adaptation, tout en mettant en pratique vos diverses competences en RH.


Vos challenges:


Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :


Recrutement (de la publication de la position a l'offre d'embauche)


Support des campagnes RH (Performance, revue des salaires, revue des employes...)


Positionnement en tant que partenaire aupres des managers


Creation de proximite avec les employes et construction d'une relation de confiance


Soutien des employes dans leur developpement


Contribution au deploiement de divers projets RH tels que la formation, remuneration, la gestion des talents et les politiques.


Liste non exhaustive et evolutive en fonction des besoins de l'equipe et de vos appetences.


Votre carte d'embarquement :


Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes :


Titulaire d'un Master dans le domaine des Ressources humaines ou une discipline apparentee.


2 a 3 ans d'experience en Ressources humaines (Generaliste, recrutement, international) (apprentissages et stages compris)


En outre, vous etes en mesure de demontrer les competences suivantes :


Capacite d'adaptation


Organisation


Disponibilite et sens du service


Sens de l'ecoute et de la communication


Competences linguistiques : Anglais obligatoire, Arabe est un plus

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

A VIE for a Human Resources Business Partner position has arisen within Airbus Africa and Middle East in Dubai . You will join the HR Department which handles the following countries:


UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Morocco, Algeria.


The working environment is diversified, multicultural and enriching as we have around 300 employees in Dubai from over 40 nationalities.


The Africa and Middle East region is under the "One Roof" concept, which means that we have employees from Airbus Helicopters, Defense and Space and Commercial, which will allow you to discover the diversity of our businesses.


As the focal point for the employees in your area, you will be expected to use your interpersonal skills and your ability to adapt, while putting your various HR skills into practice.


Your challenges:


Your main tasks will include:


Recruitment (from the publication of the position to the hiring offer)


Supporting the HR campaigns (Performance Review, Salary review, People Review,...)


Acting as a partner to the business


Ensuring employee proximity and building a trustful relationship


Supporting employees in their development


Contributing to the deployment of various HR projects such as Training, Reward, Talent Management and Policies

Your boarding pass:


You have the following skills and experience:


Educated to degree level in Human Resources or a related discipline.


2 to 3 years of experience in HR (generalist, recruitment, international) (apprenticeships and internships included )


In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:

Availability and sense of service


Good listening and communication skills


Language skills: English mandatory, Arabic is a plus
