Overview:
Join Airbus Consulting and be part of a dynamic, creative team helping airlines and aviation partners improve their operations. Youll be based in the Middle East or Africa, working closely with both local teams and the main consulting team in Toulouse, France.
Your Role:
Act as the main contact for Airbus Consulting in your region.
Identify new consulting opportunities and help sell Airbus Consulting services.
Support or lead consulting projects related to airline operations, maintenance, strategy, finance, and more.
Collaborate with Airbus customer service and commercial teams to offer innovative solutions.
Ensure quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction for all projects.
Build strong relationships with clients like airlines, airports, aviation authorities, and MROs.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote Airbus Consulting services in the Middle East & Africa.
Coordinate consulting missions and report progress to the team in Toulouse.
Help develop business strategies and support project delivery.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create customized consulting offers.
Work hands-on during consulting missionsxe2x80x94analyze problems, provide expert input, and help implement solutions.
Respect compliance and financial objectives in all regions.
What You Need:
Education:
Masters degree in Aviation, Engineering, Business, or similar field.
Experience:
Background in commercial aviation, flight operations, or air traffic management.
Project management experience is a plus.
Skills:
Strong English communication; French is a plus.
Curious, self-driven, and adaptable.
Customer-focused and business-minded.
Willing to travel and work independently.
Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments.
Other:
Youll be the only Airbus Consulting representative in your region, so independence and reliability are key.

Relation client : entretenir des relations de qualitxc3xa9 avec les clients (compagnies axc3xa9riennes, MROs, axc3xa9roports, autoritxc3xa9s localesxe2x80xa6).
Travail en xc3xa9quipe : collaborer avec les xc3xa9quipes de Toulouse et impliquer les responsables Airbus Consulting selon les besoins.
Activitxc3xa9s concrxc3xa8tes :
Participer xc3xa0 toutes les xc3xa9tapes dun projet : de lidentification du besoin xc3xa0 la proposition et xc3xa0 la rxc3xa9alisation de la mission.
Jouer diffxc3xa9rents rxc3xb4les selon les projets : analyste, expert mxc3xa9tier, ou coordinateur de projet.
Travailler sur des sujets varixc3xa9s : chaxc3xaene logistique, organisation de maintenance, finance, opxc3xa9rations de vol, etc.
Assurer le respect des rxc3xa8gles dxc3xa9thique, de conformitxc3xa9 et des objectifs financiers.
Profil recherchxc3xa9 :
Formation :
Bac+5 (Master) en axc3xa9ronautique, ingxc3xa9nierie, gestion ou domaine xc3xa9quivalent.
Expxc3xa9rience :
Connaissance du secteur axc3xa9rien (compagnies, opxc3xa9rations de vol, ATM, MROxe2x80xa6).
Expxc3xa9rience en gestion de projet apprxc3xa9cixc3xa9e.
Compxc3xa9tences clxc3xa9s :
Bon niveau en anglais (franxc3xa7ais = un plus).
Bon sens relationnel, esprit dxc3xa9quipe, autonomie.
Esprit entrepreneurial et orientxc3xa9 client.
Capacitxc3xa9 xc3xa0 comprendre des sujets techniques et xc3xa0 proposer des solutions concrxc3xa8tes.
