Job Description

We are seeking a

highly skilled and creative Videographer/Photographer

with expertise in

real estate videography, photography, content creation, and social media management

. The ideal candidate should be able to produce high-quality visuals, create engaging video content for social media, and manage digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Videography & Photography

Capture high-quality

photos and videos

of real estate properties, interiors, exteriors, and lifestyle shots. Create engaging

property video tours, drone footage, and promotional videos

. Edit videos with smooth transitions, background music, motion graphics, and captions for maximum engagement. Enhance and retouch images using

Photoshop, Lightroom, and other editing tools

.

2. Video Content Creation

Develop

short-form and long-form video content

for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. Create behind-the-scenes, client testimonials, and real estate market update videos. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative video concepts.

3. Social Media Management

Manage and schedule posts across

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

. Optimize video content for each platform to

increase engagement and reach

. Stay updated with real estate and social media trends to create

viral and shareable content

.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

2-5 years

in real estate videography, photography, and social media content creation.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom

.

Equipment Knowledge:

Experience using

DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals and lighting equipment

.

Social Media Expertise:

Strong understanding of

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms and trends

.

Creativity & Storytelling:

Ability to create compelling visual content that connects with audiences.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing real estate photography, videography, and social media content.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

real estate marketing or content creation

. Basic knowledge of

SEO, paid advertising, and social media analytics

.
