Social Media - Videographer / Photographer - Content Creator (REAL ESTATE) We are looking for a full-time Videographer / Photographer to create content and post on our social media accounts. **UAE REAL ESTATE EXP IS A MUST** Responsibilities:
Turn ideas into content that drives high engagement and grows our audience
Create and edit photo/video content for use on Instagram and other channels as needed
Manage the scheduling and publishing of all content to ensure a 7-day-cycle is met
Ensure viral content is posted in a timely manner
Deliver regular performance reports that share insights and identify opportunities
Monitor industry trends and stay on top of the latest innovations on social media
Attend meetings and assist with copywriting, publishing, content creation.
Requirements:
2+ years in a social media role at an agency or brand with a demonstrable work portfolio
understanding internet, social and youth culture and how to credibly and sensitively work within it whilst maintaining brand integrity
Energy and enthusiasm for social media with strong knowledge of all key platforms, their nuances, and best practices
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro; editing both photo and video is a daily part of the role
Creativity with editing is able to do motion graphics and create additional angles.
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail
Strong sense of initiative and an ability to work independently
A natural storyteller
Constantly full of ideas
