Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Videographer cum Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing high-quality video content and graphic designs tailored to the real estate market. This role involves creating visually appealing content to enhance our brand image and showcase our properties to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and produce high-quality video content of real estate properties and developments.
• Edit and deliver polished, professional videos for promotional use, social media, and client presentations.
• Design visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives and create content aligning with company goals.
• Maintain and manage video and design equipment to ensure optimal production quality.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in real estate videography, graphic design, and digital marketing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in videography and graphic design, preferably within the real estate or luxury property sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both videography and graphic design.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, camera techniques, and post-production processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends is a plus.
