Key Responsibilities

:

Capture video content for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, events, social media content, training videos, and corporate communications. Operate cameras and lighting equipment to ensure professional-grade video footage, and ensure optimal shot composition and quality. Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content using industry-standard editing software. Apply color correction, sound design, and visual effects to enhance video quality and visual storytelling. Create and maintain a consistent style and aesthetic for all video projects in line with brand guidelines. Manage video production schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Organize, manage, and maintain video footage, ensuring all raw and edited content is stored properly for future use and easy access. Ensure all videos meet the required technical specifications for different platforms (e.g., social media, website, email marketing). Edit and adapt videos for various platforms, such as short-form content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and long-form content for websites or presentations. Assist in the development of video scripts, storyboards, and shot lists for various video projects. Continuously optimize video content to ensure it is engaging, impactful, and tailored to the intended audience. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, design) to ensure video content supports company campaigns and initiatives. Provide support during live video shoots and on-location filming, assisting with setup, lighting, camera operation, and post-production tasks. Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in videography, video editing, and digital media to keep content fresh and innovative. Monitor and maintain video equipment, ensuring cameras, lighting, and other tools are in optimal working condition.
