As part of our growing real estate division, we are looking for a talented Photographer/Videographer/Video Editor to join our team. This role will focus on capturing stunning visuals for our real estate properties and agents, producing high-quality photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled individual who can both capture and edit exceptional content. This position will require filming and photographing agents, real estate properties, and locations in Dubai, ensuring all visuals align with the luxury standards of Avarten Real Estate.

Responsibilities:

• Photograph and film real estate properties, including residential, commercial, and luxury listings.
• Capture high-quality video content for property tours, promotional material, and social media channels.
• Film and photograph real estate agents and team members for internal and external marketing purposes.
• Edit and produce videos for real estate listings, including property walkthroughs, agent profiles, and client testimonials.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to showcase real estate properties and events.
• Ensure all footage and photos meet Avarten's high standards of quality, lighting, and composition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver visual content that aligns with branding and marketing strategies.
• Organize and manage media files to ensure efficient storage and easy access for future projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new content projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a photographer , videographer , and video editor (portfolio required).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with filming real estate or architectural properties is preferred.
• Ability to shoot and edit high-quality videos and photographs with attention to detail, lighting, and composition.
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and a keen eye for storytelling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with the marketing and real estate teams.
• A professional camera kit, lighting equipment, and a strong understanding of videography techniques.
• Familiarity with drone photography or videography is a plus.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Prior experience in real estate photography/videography or related fields is a plus.
