We are currently looking for a talented freelance photographer/videographer / editor with experience in Dubai's real estate marketto join our dynamic team. To create stunning visual content that showcases our properties in the best possible light. Your role will be pivotal in our marketing strategy, aimed at attracting potential buyers and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of both residential and commercial properties.
• Edit and enhance visual content to align with our quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling property listings.
• Deliver edited photos and videos promptly.
• Content creation and direction; setting up podcasts, interviews creating videos for all Social media platforms.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in real estate photography/videography within the Dubai market.
• A strong portfolio that highlights your expertise in real estate visual content.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexible availability to accommodate property shoots as required.
