Position Overview: We are currently looking for a skilled and innovative Videographer to become part of our vibrant team. chosen candidate will have the responsibility of taking high-quality videos of our properties in order to highlight their distinctive attributes and allure potential buyers.

Responsibilities: Carry out video sessions at the property locations, capturing both interior and exterior views, as well as lifestyle videos.
Make sure all videos showcase the property accurately and emphasize its important features and selling points.
Revise and enhance videos to improve their aesthetic appeal and align them with our brand standards.
Work together with the team to generate interesting content for our website, social media platforms, property listings, and promotional materials.
Keep yourself informed about the latest trends and best practices in videography to enhance the quality of our visual content.

Requirements:

Have Knowledge and can do editing in Adobe premium

Demonstrated background as a Videographer, ideally within the real estate sector.
Mastery of videography skills, tools, and editing programs.
Impressive collection of past projects in real estate videography.
Outstanding precision and knack for capturing top-notch images and videos in different lighting situations.
Innovative ideas for visual content can be conceptualized and executed by having a creative mindset.
Ability to work well with team members and clients due to strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work varying hours and travel to various places as required.
