Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative

Videographer & Photographer

to join our real estate firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in producing high-quality video and photo content for real estate projects, properties, and marketing purposes. This role requires excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging visual content to promote our real estate portfolio and brand.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in videography and photography, ideally within the UAE real estate sector.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or a related field (preferred).

Skills:

Proficient in DSLR and mirrorless camera systems, lighting, drone operations, and other photographic/videographic equipment. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, etc.). Strong knowledge of real estate photography techniques, including staging, lighting, and architectural photography. Experience with virtual tour software and editing. Familiarity with different video formats for online and social media platforms. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing previous real estate photography and videography work.

Technical Skills:

Experience with both photography and videography equipment and editing software.

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently.

Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.

UAE Market Knowledge:

Familiarity with the UAE real estate market, property styles, and trends is highly preferred.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position with flexibility in working hours based on project needs.

Location:

Primarily on-site at various properties across the UAE, with occasional remote work for editing and post-production.

Travel:

Travel within the UAE may be required for property shoots.
