Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Videographer to create stunning visual content for our real estate listings, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality videos, from property tours and promotional content and behind-the-scenes footage.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Videos:

Capture high-quality footage of properties, creating visually appealing and engaging video tours that highlight key features and the unique aspects of each home.

Marketing & Promotional Content:

Develop and produce promotional videos, client testimonials, and social media content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Creative Concept Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team, agents, and leadership to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for video projects that align with the company's vision and goals.

Drone Videography:

Capture aerial footage for properties and special projects using drone equipment (if applicable).

Event Coverage:

Film company events, open houses, and other real estate activities to create highlight videos and promotional content.

Content Distribution:

Ensure all video content is formatted and optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

Requirements:

Tagalog speaker preferred.*
Proven experience as a Videographer, ideally within real estate or related fields. Proficiency with video production and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and sound equipment. Experience with drone videography is a plus. Strong eye for detail, creativity, and storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and deliver high-quality work on schedule. A portfolio showcasing previous video work (real estate videos, promotional content, etc).
