Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, engaging video content that showcases properties, developments, and the real estate lifestyle.
• Capture and edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop creative concepts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to stand out in the market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in videography, specifically in real estate.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing real estate videography work is a must.
