As we continue to grow, we're looking to add a talented Videographer to our dynamic marketing team.

Job Overview :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our team and help us capture stunning visuals that highlight our properties, engage potential buyers, and elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content for real estate marketing purposes. As a Videographer, you will play an integral role in bringing our listings and client stories to life through the power of video.

Key Responsibilities :

• Filming & Photography : Capture high-quality video footage and still images of residential and commercial properties, ensuring attention to detail in lighting, angles, and composition.
• Video Editing : Edit video footage, including creating smooth transitions, adding music, sound effects, text overlays, and optimizing the final product for distribution across multiple platforms (website, social media, listings, etc.).
• Property Showcases : Produce virtual tours, drone footage, agent intros, and property walkthroughs that provide an immersive and compelling experience for potential buyers.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all video content is aligned with the company's brand standards, tone, and overall messaging.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure videos meet specific project goals, deadlines, and quality expectations.
• Content Strategy : Contribute creative ideas for video content that will enhance marketing efforts, from social media campaigns to listing promotions and brand storytelling.
• Equipment Management : Maintain and care for all video equipment, including cameras, drones, lighting, and editing software.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a videographer, ideally within the real estate industry, or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Familiarity with real estate video trends, including virtual tours, 360-degree videos, and drone footage.
• Experience operating professional cameras, lighting equipment, and drones.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and video production techniques.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet tight deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and an ability to capture the essence of a property.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, for shoots.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with motion graphics or animation.
• Familiarity with video marketing platforms and strategies for social media.
