Job Description

We are looking for a Web and Graphic Design specialist with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Graphic and Web design, Photo compositions, Product image retouching, UI/UX, Digital and Print, as well as proficiency in frontend languages, video editing, Email marketing, and brand identity design, along with excellent written and spoken English skills. The workflow is exceptionally fast paced, requiring the ideal candidate to work under stringent deadlines.

Technical Skills:

Advanced experience in Photo composites / Manipulations.

Product images retouching particularly Gold & Chrome materials.

Must have a great sense of UI/UX.

Must know the Typography and professional knowledge of Font Pairing.

Must have the professional experience in Video Editing.

Must have the advance level understanding of Brand Identity Design & Brand Colour Theories.

Must have the experience in designing the Mailers and working knowledge of Mailchimp platform.

GIF animations

Must have experience in Social Media management. (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook).

Mid-level HTML, CSS, JavaScript languages skills would be highly preferred.

Must have complete knowledge of Design copyrights & piracies.

Software Skills:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign (Data Merge tool particularly)

Adobe XD

Adobe Premiere Pro or Sony Vegas Pro.

Adobe After Effects (Junior Level)

Microsoft Visual Studio Code or any code editor the candidate might be familiar with.

Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

Basic level understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Personality traits

The ideal candidate is expected to be flexible.

Must be organized and disciplined.

The ideal candidate is expected to be a true multi-Tasker.

Must be a good listener and efficient to prepare mood boards before proceeding to design.

Education

Bachelor's degree in any of IT/CS/SE disciplines OR in Graphic Design. (Preferred).

Must have 2-3 yrs of experience in the field.

Must be fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
