Overview:

As a Videographer at Code Hive, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that enhances our brand's digital presence. You will collaborate with various teams to produce engaging visual stories that align with our business objectives. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Videography:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including promotional videos, interviews, tutorials, and event coverage. Utilize storytelling techniques to create visually appealing and impactful videos. Manage all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, and post-production editing. Use personal camera and equipment for all video production activities.

Content Creation:

Develop and produce engaging video content for various platforms (social media, website, campaigns, etc.). Write and edit scripts to ensure effective message delivery. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies that align with business goals.

Social Media Management:

Create video content optimized for social media to enhance engagement and brand awareness. Monitor and analyze the performance of video content to optimize future campaigns. Stay updated on social media trends and integrate them into content strategies.

Creative Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to understand content needs. Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all video content aligns with company or clients' brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity. Continuously innovate and improve visual storytelling techniques to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Market and Audience Research:

Conduct research to understand the target audience and market trends. Use insights to create content that resonates with the audience and drives engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field. Proven experience in videography and video editing. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Arabic (Native) with excellent presentation abilities. Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with AI tools for video production is a plus.

Must own personal camera and video production equipment.

UAE valid driving license and own car (Required).
