We are looking for a creative and skilled

Real Estate Videographer

to capture stunning videos of properties for sale or rent. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate videography, an eye for detail, and the ability to produce content that enhances the overall marketing strategy of the agency. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver visually appealing videos that effectively showcase the features of homes, apartments, and commercial properties

Roles and Responsibilities

Capture Property Footage:

Film high-quality video content of residential and commercial properties, including interior, exterior.

Edit Videos:

Edit raw footage to create polished, professional videos for property listings, virtual tours, promotional content, and social media marketing.

Work with Agents and Clients:

Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and clients to understand the specific features and selling points to highlight in the video.

Ensure Consistency with Brand Guidelines:

Maintain a consistent style and quality across all video projects to ensure the content aligns with the company's branding and marketing strategies

Optimize Videos for Multiple Platforms:

Format videos appropriately for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and company websites), ensuring the content is engaging and suitable for the target audience.

Equipment Management:

Ensure all video equipment (cameras, lighting, and editing software) is well-maintained, organized, and updated.

Stay Updated on Trends:

Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in real estate videography and video marketing techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Videography Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Knowledge of photo editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop) Familiarity with various camera equipment and lighting setups, demonstrating technical competence.
